had a BS in AE, Cornell; and an MBA with Distinction, Harvard, and had more than 35 years of business and financial experience, principally as an Officer and Director. He is listed in several editions of Who’s Who including Who’s Who in the World. He had been a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, a General Manager with Martin-Marietta, and a Vice President with American Airlines. He founded Whitney & Company in 1975.
has a BS in Accounting from St. John Fisher College and has completed the Executive Development Program at the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has more than 30 years of top management experience encompassing many financial management positions including SEC reporting, annual report preparation, financial statement preparation and analysis, tax preparation, corporate controllership, management of operating and capital budgets totaling more than $200 million, budgeting and management consulting. He is a member of the N.Y.S. Society of CPA’s and the American Institute of CPA’s.
He was formerly on the Boards of The Aquinas Institute and Heritage Christian Services. He is currently an advisor to Geneseo College Investment Club, a Board member of the Episcopal Senior Living Foundation and a member of the Aquinas Institute Hall of Fame. He is a member of the Rochester Rotary Club, Penfield Country Club and the Genesee Valley Club.

Prior to his association with Whitney and Company, he was a financial advisor with AXA Advisors, LLC and Senior Partner and Director of Retirement Planning and Design. He has his Life and Health licenses.
has a BBA in Finance from the University of Kentucky and an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Competitive Strategy and Entrepreneurship from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester. He has more than 15 years of experience in the investment management industry including responsibilities in trading, equity research, portfolio management and relationship management. Prior to his association with Whitney and Company, he held positions at Canandaigua National Bank & Trust, Canal Front Capital Management and Cobblestone Capital Advisors. He is a member of Monroe Golf Club.
has a BS in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Marketing from St. John Fisher College. He has two years of experience in the financial services industry, with years of prior background. He has over five years of business start-up, and entrepreneurial experience; including charitable start-ups as well. He places a large emphasis on giving back, and helping others. He is a member of the Board of Directors of PAWS of Rochester, an animal welfare organization. He also volunteers his time with other non-profit efforts.

He has nearly 20 years experience in equity research and portfolio management, primarily at Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc. and Bear Sterns & Company. During his time at Manning & Napier, he built a consistent track record of investment success which enabled him to become a partner in the firm and a member of the firm’s Senior Research Group.Rob was a two-sport athlete in college playing football and tennis. Along with sports, he enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and two children. He lives in Pittsford and is a member of Monroe Golf Club and the Tennis Club of Rochester.
Adam holds the Certified Financial Planning designation and graduated from St. John Fisher College earning an accounting undergraduate degree and a Masters of Business Administration degree. Adam has 20 years of experience in the investment industry including responsibilities in wealth planning, research, portfolio management,, compliance and practice management. Prior to working for Whitney & Company, Adam was the COO/ CCO at LVW Advisors and prior to LVW worked at Cobblestone Capital Advisors where he served in various roles primarily in wealth planning and research but also encompassed operational oversight. Adam is an avid sports enthusiast, living in Penfield, NY, with his wife and three children. He also volunteers his time to the Special Olympics program.
